Having been diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia at university, Jess found physical activity a pivotal part of her lifestyle when navigating studies and transitioning into the working world. Kneebone Neuro Balance provides a safe, accessible, and inclusive environment for individuals to exercise and discover how they can harness tools to work with their neurodiversity rather than against it.
We specialise in creating personalised fitness plans, providing sleep, nutrition, and well-being guidance to help you live a healthier lifestyle. We work with a variety of individuals who are neurodiverse.

We operate on four core pillars;
We offer a variety of one-to-one services, including personal training, nutrition, and mindset guidance. We are experienced in working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and customise your program to meet your unique needs.
In addition to our individual programmes, we deliver behaviour change workshops, neurodiversity inclusion in exercise consultation, and workplace exercise packages.
